Full court to hear Musharraf’s eligibility case today

A 10-member bench of Supreme Court (SC) will take up identical constitutional petitions against the acceptance of President Musharraf nomination papers for presidential polls today. This will be the first hearing of the case following the imposition of state of emergency in the country.

The decision of the case is likely to be announced in next week.
