This had me in fits of laughter! Any one who tells me that the current lawyer movement for freedom of justice, democracy, free-speech, equal rights and all related crap should kill himself after this news!

According to this news in Daily Times today, the Lahore High Court Bar Association has resolved to ‘force and humiliation‘ tactics to keep lawyers (who still have the moral and civic sense to appear in courts and resolve the cases of the common man) away from performing their duties and throwing them back in the senseless pool of insane and politically brainwashed black-coat mobs!

Really, how sad and despareta can you get?

The lawyers community in Pakistan has literally gone bonkers in their futile efforts to restore a handful judges and have refused to appear in courts. This is had massive effects on the entire country as the common man has been waiting for months, desperate for justice. Unfortunately, justice in Pakistan is too busy with street protests, dreaming of liberating and reinstating some judges to do what they are actually suppose to do!

Pathetic! 

No wonder with the likes of them around, our frustrated public has no choice but to take the law in their own hands. The courts are empty and deserted remember? Who’s going to pass the sentence any ways?

If you want free-speech, equal rights, pure democracy, then stop forcing your fellow lawyers to follow your lead. Not everyone likes to be trotted around with a leash around their neck! Let people make their own minds. Or perhaps in the ‘heat of the moment‘ you lawyers have forgotten what ‘free will‘ is?
