Afghanistan’s President Hamid Karzai has yet again accused Pakistan’s intelligence agencies of sheltering fugitive Taliban leader Mullah Mohammad Omar.
Mr Karzai says Omar, who has been on the run for five years, is being harboured in the Pakistani city of Quetta. Omar’s government was overthrown in a US-led invasion weeks after the September 11 attacks. Mr Karzai also blamed Islamabad for a resurgence of violence along their common border.
He says he has almost daily reports of suicide bombers coming from the border area.

yawn yawn .. wot a whiner i swear
As always, karzai has lots to quip about and unload the miseries of his wretched and war torn lands on us. The fault lies with us for giving shelter to so many of our afghan brothers and sisters only to be stabbed in the back by their government for ‘harboring terrorists.’ Mr. Karzai you should not have sent them our way in the first place but since you did and they are here and do not want to go back to you, SHUT UP.
