A small plane, coming from Muscat, on Wednesday made a crash landing at Islamabad International Airport when its front wheels could not open due to some technical fault.
However, all the passengers and crew members remained unhurt and they were evacuated safely. The front portion of the aircraft was totally damaged after the crash landing. The airport runway was closed for incoming and outgoing flights for about one-and-half hour.
The plane, belonging to a South African private company, developed technical fault while it was in the air and trying to land at the airport.
